Terms of Service

Linehaul provides software for managing transport operations, including run boards, driver dispatch, ferry tracking, reporting and invoicing exports. We may update or improve features over time to keep the platform reliable and secure.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping login credentials and driver PINs secure, and for the activity of users you create. You must ensure staff and drivers use the platform lawfully and only for your legitimate business operations.

You retain ownership of the operational and business data you enter. You grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to breach any law or third-party right.
• Do not resell or provide access to the platform without our written agreement.

Subscription fees are set out in your plan or order. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We will give reasonable notice of any pricing change.

We work hard to keep Linehaul available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the relevant claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies.

Either party may end the agreement on reasonable notice. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion, unless we are required to retain it.
